More About Us

It is with a great deal of pride and hope that we announce that we have agreed to assume the responsibilities of the following non-profit.

I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and our organization and expand a little about why Brooke Garden and I felt we were the perfect people to trust with Garden Rescues’ future (gardenrescues.org). My husband Dan and I have been involved in the pet care industry and an active supporter of numerous rescue groups since our company, Pets a Go Go’s, inception in 2005.

As the parents of too many rescue pets to name including three special needs cats and a rescue bunny in addition to a plethora of dogs, we have wanted to do more to save more lives directly for a while; and when we heard Garden Rescues was closing, it provided the perfect opportunity for us to continue Brooke’s vision of a living room small dog rescue and build on all the hard work done to date.

Many of you may already recognize Pets a Go Go’s name in that we have shared Garden Rescues’ address for the past 14 months. Our cage-free environment has welcomed a number of you for grooming, training, daycare and even overnights as a home away from home for your precious furbabies. We are very much looking forward to this new and exciting chapter starting July 1.

As the newly christened “Garden of Hope” Rescue (gardenofhoperescue.org), we want to pay homage to all Brooke and her family have done in support of the defenseless and voiceless in this world and we are both very proud to be able to carry on this mission going forward. Any questions or concerns you may have can be emailed directly to me at ngoudeyrigger@gmail.com or my mobile number is 914-406-0891 which is almost always powered on.

Thank you in advance for your continued support.
